Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nirogo Assist ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Doctor", "you") and Nirogo Technologies Private Limited ("Nirogo", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You may use Nirogo Assist only if you:

• Are a licensed medical professional registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or a State Medical Council
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Are not barred from using the service under applicable law

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and terminate accounts found to be ineligible.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at support@nirogo.in if you suspect unauthorised access
• Each account is for a single individual doctor. Sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Description of Services

Nirogo Assist provides the following AI-powered clinical tools:

• Voice-to-SOAP note generation from doctor-patient consultation recordings
• AI-generated differential diagnosis suggestions with confidence scores
• Risk flag alerts for critical clinical findings
• Prescription and test recommendation drafts
• Patient queue management and consultation history
• Downloadable clinical reports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Impersonate another doctor or medical professional
• Enter false patient data or fabricate consultation records
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform
• Use the AI outputs as a substitute for your own clinical judgment
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to the Platform to third parties
• Use the Platform to record consultations without appropriate patient consent as required by law
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. Clinical Disclaimer

Nirogo Assist is a clinical decision support and documentation tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Specifically:

• All AI-generated SOAP notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, and alerts are suggestions only
• You must independently verify all AI outputs before acting upon them
• Nirogo Assist does not practice medicine and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
• We are not liable for any clinical outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• In emergencies, always follow established emergency protocols regardless of AI output

The treating physician bears full professional and legal responsibility for all clinical decisions made.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, AI models, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by Nirogo Technologies Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the clinical data you enter. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

8. Subscription & Payment

• The Platform is currently offered free of charge for a limited period
• We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with at least 30 days' advance notice
• Free trial features may be limited or discontinued without prior notice
• All future payments will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST
• Refund terms will be specified at the time paid plans are introduced

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• Your account shows signs of fraud or security compromise

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@nirogo.in. Upon deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Nirogo Assist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate service
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any clinical outcome, patient harm, or professional liability arising from use of the Platform

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at legal@nirogo.in.
